- In 2001, Lipparini was selected to design the annual Essential Home special installation at the Chicago Design Show. Created with products from many of Italy’s leading design houses—Misura Emme, Zanotta, Saporiti Italia, Antonangeli, Italvelluti, and Roncoroni 1881—Lipparini’s “ideal home” strikes a remarkable balance between Eastern and Western sensibilities, the realization of his poetically expressed standard: “The joyful home is a welcoming home—a home for the body and a home for the soul.”
